Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska) and Canada. If you live outside these regions, feel free to contact our Customer Care team — we’re always happy to help you find the best way to get Sympli.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Sympli account to check your order status at any time.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300. This threshold can vary during promotions — check our homepage for the latest offers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for unworn, unwashed, and damage-free garments with product tags still attached. We may request photos of damaged or defective merchandise.. Once the item is received in our Canadian warehouse, we will inspect the garment and process the return within 5 business days. The refund will equal the purchase price of the returned product, less a $10 restocking/handling fee*. Refunds are issued within 10 days, depending on your bank and payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I exchange an item?
If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, you can request an exchange through our Returns Center. Exchanges are processed as soon as your original item is on the way back to us.
Can I return sale items?
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective. We always note this clearly on product pages.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards VISA, MasterCard, and, PayPal.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment on first markdowns only within 7 days of the original order date on full-price merchandise. The adjustment amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that once the price is adjusted, the item becomes final sale.
While we make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally items on our website may be incorrectly priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Sympli reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
Product Care & Materials
How should I care for my Sympli pieces?
Each garment includes a care label with specific instructions. In general, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold
- Hang or lay flat to dry
- Avoid bleach
- Steam to refresh
Sympli fabrics are designed for comfort, durability, and easy care — perfect for everyday wear and travel.
Will my garment shrink or lose shape?
Our fabrics are intentionally engineered to retain their shape, colour, and drape over time. When cared for properly, your Sympli pieces will stay looking new, season after season.
Style, Fit & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
We design with real bodies in mind. We recommend checking our Size Guide, which includes measurements and fit notes for every piece ~ or you can check our standard Size Guide here. If you're between sizes, our Customer Care team can help you find your best fit.
What is the difference between Slim, Straight, and Relaxed fits?
Each fit offers a unique look and feel:
- Slim: a sleek, body-skimming silhouette
- Straight: gently tailored with a clean line

Product Availability & Backorders
An item I love is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Some of our core pieces are restocked regularly. Seasonal styles, however, may be limited. If something is currently unavailable, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification directly on the product page by clicking on ‘Notify me’ button.
Orders & Account
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please email weborders@sympli.com with your order number, name and reason for wanting to change/cancel and your request will be answered within 1-2 business days.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and view your purchase history.
