How do earn my first 200 points?
Click on "Join Now" and enter your email address, first name, and phone number. Once you've confirmed your account, you can log in and start using your 200 points.

Do my points expire?
If your account is inactive for 12 months, your points will expire. In order to keep your existing points, you will need to make a purchase every 12 months.

How do I earn points?
For every dollar spent, you earn 1 point.
*Reward points are not retroactive to past orders, they will be awarded only after signing up to our program. 

How do I apply my points?
Apply your Sympli Rewards points at checkout, with a minimum redemption of $10. Point redemption cannot be combined with other discount codes. Points expire after 1 year of no shopping activity.

Where do I find my points balance?
Access your points balance on your customer account. Once logged in, you'll need to scroll past your orders history.
