To ensure the health and safety of all staff members, prevent community transmission of Covid-19, and uphold the orders and recommendations as set out by the Provincial Health Officer, White House Design has implemented the following COVID-19 Safety Plan.

  • WHD has set an occupancy limit and the maximum capacity is monitored daily.
  • Employees must maintain a distance of 2 meters apart from each other. 
  • Eliminate or limit in-person meetings and other gatherings and hold shop meetings in open spaces or outside.
  • We have an adequate number of handwashing stations and signage that identifies their location.
  • WHD maintains a list of employees who are currently working in each shop and the list is updated daily. 
  • All common areas and surfaces are cleaned at the end of each day. This includes but is not limited to washrooms, shared offices, common tables, desks, light switches, and door handles. 
  • Anyone with COVID-19-like symptoms must stay home and seek medical advice.
  • Staff are required to wear masks in indoor spaces (PHO order November 19).
  • Mask, sanitization, and sign-in stations are set up at each building entrance.
  • Any goods returned from customers are quarantined for 14 days before restocking.
  • A Safely Officer has been instated to ensure all rules are followed.
