Returns – International

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at weborders@sympli.com or at 1.844.407.0043 for a Return Authorization. We will provide you with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount that will be refunded to you. Request for return needs to be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items, for unworn, unwashed and damage-free garments that have the product tags still attached. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

Once the item is received in our Canadian warehouse we will inspect the garment and process the return within 5 business days of receipt. Once processed, the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned product less a $10 restocking / handling fee* will be credited back to your account within 10 days (depending on your bank and/or your method of payment). Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.

All discounted products are FINAL SALE - there are no returns or exchanges permitted on these items. Coupon and discounted amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they have no cash value. When a coupon or discount value is applied to your order, the value amount will be deducted from the refund if item(s) are returned.

*a $10 restocking / handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all return requests effective August 15, 2023.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

To make your holiday shopping even easier, we've extended our Return policy! For all gifts purchased between November 15th, 2024, and December 24th, 2024, we’re happy to offer exchanges on full-priced merchandise through January 15th, 2025.  

Please note that items purchased outside of this period, as well as any discounted items, will follow our standard return policy. As always, garments must be unworn, unwashed, damage-free, and have all original product tags attached.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for merchandise in a new size or colour. Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.

Price Adjustments

We are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment on first markdowns only within 7 days of the original order date on full price merchandise. The price adjustment amount will be offered as a refund to the payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that once the price is adjusted the item is final sale.

While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information, Sympli shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
